I've been thinking a lot about how tools like Twitter have an impact on how we communicate with people today. In a lot of ways, it really enhances the way we can interact with other...but it also takes away from it. It's main purpose is to line people up like fish in a barrel to be assume in one big gulp by a company like Google who will then, slice and dice everyone up to advertisers. Even if the former does not happen, the latter is still the goal. But, for now, everyone should just go on mindlessly tweeting.
